Sending Invitations

There are two ways to access the invitation you want to send. One is via the events list section, and the other one is via the invitations section.


Events List

  1. To send your invitations, go to the events section, then click “Events List”.





  2. On the next page, click on the "Invitations" button on the event you wish to use.





Invitations Section

  1. Alternatively, you can also access this feature via the Invitations section.




  2. Look for the event you want to use then click on the button with your invitation name on it. For this example: AWS Event.





  3. Scroll down to the invitations email section, then choose the mailing list you wish to send the invites to.





  4. Make sure to click the "SAVE CHANGES" button before sending the invitations.





  5. Once you’re ready to send the invitations, click on the “Send Invitations” button.




    You can also preview the invitation before sending it by clicking on the "Preview Live Email" button.


  6. A pop-up screen will appear to confirm if you want to send the invitation. Click the YES button to proceed.
